Reservation Stores provides car rental and hotel booking services across the United States. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the individual policies of our partnered rental agencies and hotel providers.

We facilitate all refund and cancellation requests in accordance with these partners’ terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within the time limits specified by the provider are eligible for a refund.
  • Some bookings may be classified as non-refundable, including promotional or discounted rates.
  • Late cancellations or “no-shows” may result in full charges as per the provider’s rules.
  • We recommend checking the cancellation window before confirming your booking.

Refunds

  • Eligible refunds will be processed after confirmation from the respective hotel or car rental provider.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Reservation Stores is not liable for delays caused by external payment processors or service providers.
